Quoted me for replacement of power steering, which I Initially declined. I felt no pressure or ill will from Mechanical Care for the time it had taken them to assess the issue. Later I changed my mind and went ahead with the repair, which ended up costing the bottom end of the quoted range, and 20% less than I had been qouted from one of the major service centres. Repair went smoothly and quickly.

Truly brilliant customer service. Called at 4pm Monday, was able to take my car in the next day and it was all sorted by lunch time. The team explained in easy to understand language what was wrong, what needed to be fixed. They understood the value of my car and didnt do any work that was no necessary. Provided a quote for the recommended outstanding work that was very reasonable. I will not be taking my cars anywhere else.

The team have extensive experience, don’t rip you off with unnecessary repairs, and give great customer service. I recommend them to anyone.

Highly professional and friendly service at Mechanical care. I called them in a impromptu panic, Gordon told me to bring it straight in and had me out the door, car back problem solved in good time and for a surprisingly fair price. Can't recommend these guys highly enough A++

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with Mechanical Care. Gordon and John are extremely professional and friendly mechanics who clearly know what they’re doing. They’ve been around for a long time and their experience really shows in the quality of their work and the way they diagnose issues. They did an excellent job on both my Kia Carnival and Toyota Corolla, fixing a number of basic issues that dealerships hadn’t been able to properly resolve. Their ability to accurately diagnose the problem and get it sorted quickly was very impressive. On top of that, their pricing is very reasonable and cost-effective, which is hard to find these days. Great service, honest advice, and quality workmanship from start to finish. I’m very satisfied and will definitely be returning to Mechanical Care for all my future servicing and repairs. Highly recommended.

Thank you guys for the amazing service! I needed all my shocks and a transfer case mount replaced and the guys at Mechanical Care were amazing. Super friendly when I was there, ready to give any advice I needed, and very knowledgeable. They even determined that the transfer case mount wasn't essential as they had extensive Mitsubishi knowledge. Very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone needing work done on their vehicle. Thanks again guys!
